Leah R. Taylor
In 2006, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Brescia University majoring in Graphic Design. During my time at Brescia, I fell in love with the art of stained glass making, photography, and digital illustration. Since graduation, my career focus has included print production, four color process work, and newborn photography, while leisure activities embraced my love for nature & still life photography, as well as Zentangling.
Currently, I am a University of Florida graduate student pursuing a Master's of Art in Art Education degree. I have completed all coursework with the exception of my Thesis which is currently under construction. My studies with UF have afforded me the opportunity to participate in field observation work with both elementary and middle school art classrooms, as well as network with some of the most brilliant teachers, students and artists in Florida.
During the 2012-2013 school year, I embraced an art educators position with a local magnet school in which I guided 550+ students from K-5 through a challenging, yet highly rewarding, art curriculum. I am very excited to see what the new school year brings!
